DEFINITIONS

 

The following terms have specific meaning:

- 'we', 'us' and 'our', ‘TBE Extra’, ’Think Bake Eat’ refers to Myepoch Ltd.

- 'you' or 'your' refers to a potential or actual customer of TBA Extra and/or Think Bake Eat.

 

Terms of use of TBE Extra gift cards

TBE Extra reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our TBE Extra gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your TBE Extra gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. TBE Extra gift cards remain the property of TBE Extra who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so. The value of your TBE Extra gift card can be online at www.tbeextra.co.uk, in person, and on a Think Bake Eat / Think it Bake It Eat it order. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.

Validity

Your TBE Extra gift card is valid for a period of 365 days from the date of issue, after which any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.

 

Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged

In cases where your TBE Extra gift card is lost, we can reissue the gift card to the original recipients.

 

In the case where your Gift card is stolen, we can freeze your gift card however we are unable to reimburse any amounts used but will issue a replacement gift card for the remaining balance on a card.

We cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a TBE Extra gift card as a result of theft or fraud.

 

Should your TBE Extra gift card become damaged, TBE Extra will be able to replace the card providing you still have the card in your possession and the necessary details can be obtained.

 

 

Using a TBE Extra gift card

Customers may use their TBE Extra gift card online at www.tbeextra.co.uk, in person, and on a Think Bake Eat it order. The unique identification code or reference on your gift card must be given to Us on the checkout page on www.tbeextra.co.uk or when placing a order before making payment.

 

All gift card purchases are subject to a 14 day 'cooling off' period, and can be requested to be cancelled and refunded (if not redeemed) within 14 days of the original purchase date. Beyond this point all vouchers are non refundable.

 

Crediting a TBE Extra gift card

Should you return product(s) purchased using a TBE Extra gift card for an exchange of a lesser value, any refund amount due will be credited to the original method of payment. In the event that you may have discarded your TBE Extra gift card, a new Card will be issued to you with the refund amount applied.

 

If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a TBE Extra gift card and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the TBE Extra gift card in the first instance.

 

If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by TBE Extra gift card, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used (debit/credit card or cash).

 

Governing Law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
